Cartridge City provides you even more savings by offering you the opportunity to send us your empty ink cartridge for refund. Here is how it works:

Step 1) Upon receipt of your Cartridge City cartridge, place your empty cartridge back into the Cartridge City package or envelope.

Step 2) Make sure to include one (1) copy of your packing slip or invoice with the package so we credit the proper account.

Step 3) Place the included shipping address label on the outside of the package. Label will read:

Cartridge City
5120 Investment Drive
Fort Wayne, IN 46808

Step 4) Apply applicable postage to package and place it with your outgoing mail. See postage rates below.

          Step 4 Alternate) If you are local to the Cartridge City office, you may hand deliver your empty cartridge to the address listed above.

Step 5) Upon receipt and inspection of your empty cartridge, Cartridge City will refund the core credit to the credit card which you used to purchase the cartridge.
