If you are not completely satisfied with the performance of our products, FOR ANY REASON, you may return the cartridge(s) within 6-months of purchase for replacement or refund; No ifs, no buts, no quibbles. Simply call or e-mail or stop by and we will make it right.

• We don't make you keep the receipt to get a refund.
• We don't give you just 15 or 30 days to return a product.
• We don't make you wait days or weeks for a refund or exchange.

1. You have to return the cartridges that you want replaced or your money refunded and they must still be at least 70% filled.

2. If YOU make a mistake and order the wrong cartridge, you are going to have to make arrangements to get the cartridge back to us.
